SHIPPING POLICY – MURA

Commitment
Mura gives particular attention to each shipment. Whether an artwork or a garment, every package is prepared with care, respecting the object and what it represents.
Shipping zones
Mura currently ships:
- Within mainland France
- Within the European Union
- Internationally, subject to feasibility

Processing and delivery times
All times are given for guidance only. No shipment is made before full validation of payment.
Artworks (paintings)

| Delivery within France | 3 to 7 business days after shipment |
| EU delivery | 5 to 14 business days after shipment |

Some artworks may require additional time depending on their format or specific packaging. You will be informed by email.
Clothing (t-shirts)
Clothing is produced on demand by our manufacturing partner (print on demand). Each item is made specifically after receipt of your order.

These times may vary depending on stock availability and destination.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before payment validation, in accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU.
- Initial shipping costs are borne by the customer
- Free shipping from €90 of purchase for France (conditions displayed at the time of order)
- Any customs fees, import taxes or local duties applicable outside the EU remain at the customer's expense
Packaging
Artworks are packaged in materials suited to their nature and value, designed to ensure their optimal protection during transport.
Transfer of risk
In accordance with Article 20 of European Directive 2011/83/EU, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon physical delivery of the goods — and not upon handover to the carrier.
Any anomaly observed on receipt (damaged or missing package) must be:
- Reported immediately to the carrier and noted on the delivery slip
- Communicated to Mura within 48 hours: contact@murareference.com
Lost or damaged packages
In the event of loss or damage during transport, Mura undertakes to assist you with the claim procedure with the carrier. Any claim must be sent to contact@murareference.com with the necessary supporting documents (photos, delivery slip).
Confidentiality of the shipping address
To protect the artist's anonymity, no shipping or return address is displayed publicly. The necessary information is provided on a case-by-case basis, after order validation or a written request.

These policies were written with rigor, care and a genuine desire to frame the relationship between Mura and its clients — or its visitors, for one enters here as into a gallery.
There is in these texts no will to harm, to trap or to unbalance.
Mura seeks neither excessive profit nor the impoverishment of the other.
Mura seeks art. And what art allows: a fair, conscious, respectful encounter.
Mura sincerely wishes to establish a relationship of trust with those who enter its universe.
