TERMS OF SALE – MURA

These Terms of Sale govern all transactions concluded between Mura and any buyer via the site murareference.com, whether original artworks (paintings) or clothing (t-shirts).

Acceptance
Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Sale, the General Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Return Policy and the Shipping Policy, available on the site.
Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Applicable costs are displayed before payment validation. Mura reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
Order and payment
Any order constitutes a purchase offer. The sale is only final after written confirmation and effective collection of payment. Mura reserves the right to refuse any order without obligation to justify.
For certain artworks, installment payment may be considered upon prior request to contact@murareference.com. In the event of non-compliance with contractual commitments, penalties may apply in accordance with the contract established between the parties.
Delivery
Shipping terms and times are detailed in the Shipping Policy. In accordance with Article 20 of Directive 2011/83/EU, risk is transferred to the customer upon physical delivery of the goods.
Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The detailed conditions appear in the Return and Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
All content (artworks, visuals, texts, identity) is the exclusive property of Mura, protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.
Resale
Clothing is intended for strictly personal use. The resale of original artworks is subject to Mura's prior written agreement.
Personal data
Processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

There is in these texts no will to harm, to trap or to unbalance.
Mura seeks neither excessive profit nor the impoverishment of the other.
Mura seeks art. And what art allows: a fair, conscious, respectful encounter.
Mura sincerely wishes to establish a relationship of trust with those who enter its universe.
